"I'm using remotely-triggered infrared cameras to photograph wildlife—particularly jaguars—in the rainforest of Belize. Because all spotted cats have unique coat patterns, individuals can be identified in photographs, so population sizes and densities can be estimated with remote cameras. It's exciting to use this technology to solve the problem of rainforest surveys."
